FLOORING: Can Recticel PIR boards be used exposed to the ground?

No. When used in solid ground floors it must always be laid above the damp proof membrane (DPM), in basement wall applications it should be installed on the inside and isolated by means of a cavity between back side of the insulation and masonry wall.
